Why Women Rule The World

Women just let men think they rule the world, but actually thy do!
As a 43 year old man, who has been married twice, had 5 children and been involved with working closely with people for 25 years, I have arrived at the inescapable conclusion that women are the best people for dealing with the worlds major problems.
Men are very good at seeing the bigger picture of most problems, however it will be a woman who will properly work out and provide the solution in detail.
Whilst the men will be stood on a platform, discussing the rights and wrongs and the lessons which must be learnt, behind the scenes there will be a woman who will already be making contact with the right people (other women) who will start the process of improving and solving whatever the problem is.
I don’t think its any surprise that stood next to, or closely behind every major leader in the world, there is a “First Lady”. There has to be, who the leader speaks to in his private moments, when he is considering the consequences of the plans he is making. It will be his wife he will speak to, confide in, and although unlikely ever to give any credit for the advice and suggestions she gives (for fear of undermining his own authority) it will be clear that any successful policies or decisions will have come from her.
The role of a man should be to simply make sure that women don’t get lost in the detail, that is a man’s strength, otherwise leave the women to get on with it.
If we look through history, the significant positive difference women have made to the world, as leaders and monarchs of their countries, science, medicine, politics, literature, sport, human rights, etc is enormous. Look at the following List:
- Amelia Earhart – First woman to fly the Atlantic
- Emmeline Pankhurst – Women’s Rights
- Joan of Arc – French National Heroine
- Florence Nightingale – Pioneered Modern Nursing
- Eva Peron – First Lady of Argentina
- Hillary Clinton – First woman ever to be elected to the United States Senate
- Margaret Thatcher – British Prime Minister
- Queen Elizabeth 11 – British Monarch
- Mother Theresa – Nobel Peace Prize winner
- Helen Keller – Author and Lecturer on behalf of the disabled
- Billy Jean King – Dominated world tennis for 20 years
- Rosa Parks – The mother of the Civil Rights Movement
- Eleanor Roosevelt – First Lady
- Oprah Winfrey – USA’s Highest paid and most listened to TV entertainer
- Anne Frank – An inspirational young author
- Marie Antoinette – A woman of incredible strength
- Jane Austin – Historic Author
- Emily Dickinson – Historic Poet
- Indira Gandhi – Indian Prime Minister
- Queen Victoria – Longest serving British Monarch
This list shows the breadth of influence these great women had on the world, and the contributions they have made to today’s society are immense.
Men need to give women far more of the stage to solve some of the world’s problems, and they need to give them far more respect in their relationships with them. There are exceptions to every rule, and there are and there have been cruel and evil women too, but significantly less than any list of me I could write down.
Long live the women!
