Released an Eight Years Old and Her Mother Who Forced Into Prostitution in Valencia

The National Police have arrested three members of an organization of pimps and rescued five other women who were sexually exploited.

The National Police has released in Valencia to a 8 year old boy and his mother, who was forced into prostitution by pimps organization. Another five women between 18 and 38 years who were sexually exploited in the streets of Catarroja (Valencia) have been released in this operation.

The captors were holding the child of eight years in solitary confinement in a small room with no ventilation and poor hygiene to coerce his mother, who had to be admitted in a hospital 24 hours after its release due to the harassment and physical and sexual assault caused by pimps.

The woman was forced into prostitution in public while their exploiters guarding her son. Failure to follow directions, was subjected to all sorts of harassment and threats. In an oversight of pimps, the victim managed to escape and get to one of the stations of the National Police in Valencia, according to the National Police in a statement.

The woman had to remain under observation at a hospital in Valencia for 24 hours, as injuries had recent physical and sexual abuse to which she was subjected to by the leader of the organization.

The Special Security Task Force (GOES) established a device for the release of the child. The officers entered the home of the pimps in the Valencian town of Alzira and found the child locked alone in a room of small dimensions, without any comfort or ventilation and very unhygienic conditions.

Three members of the organization have been arrested as suspects of illegal arrest and membership of a criminal organization. In addition, the leader of the organization, which may have fled to his home country, Romania, has been charged with crimes of human trafficking for sexual exploitation, forced prostitution, illegal detention and belonging to a criminal organization.
