This article shows way on preventing wrinkles before they happen!

The first way is to slather on sunscreen. The sun’s ultraviolet rays are a top cause of wrinkling especially later on in life like from forty years onward. To protect your skin apply a sunscreen with SPF of minimum 15 or higher every day! We are in our cars a lot these days with running children around and our too do lists and windows in the car are great magnets for the sun beat down on your arms and face.

The second way is to use a good moisturizer too! Applying moisturizer within three minutes of washing your face helps keep skin wrinkle-free. Emu oil is an excellent choice because it contains the same triglyceride lipids naturally found in the skin.

The third is avoid making faces! Yes, you heard right making faces can cause wrinkles. Certain repeated facial expressions like creasing your brow or squinting your eyes can cause wrinkles. Try to keep your face as relaxed as possible throughout the day!

The fourth is sip skin protecting pomegranate juice. Juice of this fruit contains five times more polyphenols than any other juice. Polyphenols quickly mop up skin damaging free radicals these are the culprits responsible for up eighty percent of premature skin aging.

The number five is stopping sagging with olive oil. Olive oil is rich in mono-saturated fats nutrients that protect the collagen, elastin and other underlying support structures of the skin. No surprise then those women who use olive oil in their diets is much less prone to wrinkling than those who use butter.

Number six is to nourish skin with cocoa. Drinking a cup of flavonal-rich hot chocolate daily increases moisture in the skin by twenty eight percent and reduces irritation and redness by twenty five percent. This may help rosacea people who suffer from redness in facial skin areas.

Lucky number seven is cutting back on sugar helps too. Over time eating lots of sugar can cause skin to look dull and wrinkled. Excess sugar binds to healthy proteins turning them into advanced glycation end products molecules that weaken collagen and prematurely age skin.
