Natural Women
A look at women and how they stand the test of time.
Looking through out history which women stay at the top and which women come in and then fade out later? Why is it that some women just seem to stand the test of time and some women don’t? What is it about them that helps them to stay who they are and keep going?
If we look through the list of most popular stars right now, which ones do you think will stand the test of time? I have done a little bit of research and I have sat back and looked at some of the people that we still put on that list of who we think is beautiful and who stays beautiful. These days it’s difficult with all the articles and forms of information for any star to do what it takes to stay on the top of that list. You have some articles that will say you are fat and at the same time they say you are thin, how are they suppose to keep up their image and still stay who they are? Some women do it, look at Jennifer Garner and Reese Witherspoon, I believe that both of those women will always be on the beautiful list. They both take care of themselves how any women should. They both exercise and eat right and no matter what is being said about them, they don’t change to suit us. They stay exactly who they want to be. Maybe the trick to standing the test of time is by not worrying what other people think and take care of yourself. Maybe it’s not living up to an image but just being who you are?
Looking at leading women in this country right now, who do you think they will be talking about many years to come and why? I am a little tired of the Hillary jokes and even though she is not my favorite woman in the world I would love to say, “get off her back.” I don’t know how she feels about it but always being in the news is not the way to stand the test of time and be remembered through out history. Some of the most famous women in the world didn’t hit the news until they were already gone. The wives of some of our most famous men have done just as much for history as their husbands and to tell you the truth, I would rather be remembered for the changes I made then the news I produced. But again, with all the media it is hard to stay out of the news these days. How do you think these women in the news will stand up later? What do you think will be remember in history 50 years from now when we are all gone? The media articles will be there but what do you think anyone teaching history will be emphasizing about today’s historic women?
I know that natural beauty is the topic of this article and believe me I am getting to my point. Taking a look at how the women of the “famous” world are seen gives us an example of how we want to be seen. We tend to gauge ourselves and how we are holding up by using the examples of others. I don’t think we should unless we want to stand up to the ones that really stand the test of time and if you look at the ones who carry themselves with grace and dignity, they may not always look perfect, but they will last a life time. They may not be our favorite people, like me and Hillary, but you have to admit that she has some grace to her. Along with the stars that we will forever want to be like, same thing, no matter the situation, grace and dignity wins out. Not falling into fads or worry about what other people are saying. If you want to be a natural woman this is where you want to start. On the inside and who you are. I have seen some women who are not drop dead gorgeous still stop a crown because they have a glow from the inside that can be seen for miles.
You can eat right, exercise, do what you have to do to maintain the outside but unless you have the natural beauty on the inside you will not stand the test of time. Eventually the outside crumbles and becomes less of what you were and you must rely on the inside to carry you through. That doesn’t come from foods or the latest work out fad, that comes from the soul and a stability to stay who you are through out all of life’s trials.
The best tip you can ever get about being natural is to stay who you are and always be a real person. Don’t ever pretend you are anyone else but yourself and don’t try to fool anyone into thinking you are anything more or less than what you are. I am so happy to see that through my research on this subject that this generation of girls that is growing up is learning to do exactly that, be themselves, no matter what size, color, shape or form. Why would you ever want to be anyone else? No one else will ever be you, right?
