Kudos to Sandy Allen

Sandy Allen is the tallest women in the world and unlike some of us other women, she has learned to deal with the fact that she is different. Kudos to her for setting an example not just for kids, but for all of us women who don’t fit into the norm.

We have a tendency to look at other women and wish; wish that we were one size smaller, one inch taller and our hair or eyes were a different color. The example that the 7-feet, 7-1/4 inches Sandy is setting is that you are important no matter what your differences are. Don’t we all now wish that we could be like Sandy and love ourselves the way we are.

What is it that she posses that we don’t, probably a sense of humor and the ability to move past what she looks like to who she is. If all of us could posses and use that simple tool then the way we look wouldn’t matter so much. We all need to look inside ourselves and find out where “Our Sandy” is at and use it. There is no way that any of us will fall into anyone else’s mold of what we should be, except this one. Physically we will all have something that is different, that is what is so cool about being human. If we were all the same it would be so boring and then you would really have to rely on what was inside instead of out, to make you stand out.

So Kudos again Sandy for setting an example that the rest of us women and people can learn from, you are truly one of the beautiful people of this world.
