How to Increase The Chance of Getting Pregnant Naturally
Being pregnant and getting a baby is one of the best things in a woman’s life.
Unfortunately, conception is not always as easy as 1, 2, 3.
The following tips will help you to increase your fertility the natural way without taking medicine.
1. Eat healthy!
Be aware of what you eat and avoid white flour, artificial sweetener and sugar. Try eating more wholemeal products, more proteins and less carbohydrates. Spice up your meals with fresh fruits and vegetables and most important: drink at least 2 liters of water per day. This way, you are building a great basis for your pregnancy.
2. Get moving!
Doing some light sports is a great way of making your body more healthy – not only for losing weight. A healthy body is far more “addressable” for conceiving.
3. Get rid of stress!
Stress and a hectic pace are poisonous for your body. Try to get a rest more often and calm down. Why not try some Yoga? This would also count as a light sport, as mentioned under number 2. Alternatives are having a walk or reading your favourite book on the sofa.
4. Involve your partner!
Getting pregnant does always involve two people, don’t you think?
Your boyfriend/husband should also try to follow these steps. Especially tobacco smoke and alcohol are bad for healthy sperms.
