Female Viagra – I Don’t Need It!
Who needs a Viagra, and that too for a woman. Oh no! I feel a woman herself is a Viagra. In fact, more potent than the darned pill….read on..!
I recently happened to meet a group of women, who were discussing…welll…discussing…’SEX’. I was a silent spectator. Not very experienced in the subject being discussed. And I was new there, so I basically wanted to here it all out and ‘learn’, if you know what I mean.
It all started with, ‘the thing’ and its various sizes. What satisfies us? Does size or thickness matter? Is body odour tolerable? And so on and so forth. And then their discussions reached to the question, ‘Do we need the female Viagra’?
Well, the majority of women present there, said ‘No’, we don’t need a Viagra. There were women of all races present in that meeting, women from India, women from Africa, women from the Fiji Islands, Americans, Chinese and Europeans. Here is what they said they do back home:
1. Exercise your pelvic muscles: Yes, it really works. Just contracting and releasing your pelvic muscles helps in an increased libido. And when you you-self feel like it, does any man stand a chance against that!
2. Spices: Spices like curry leaves, cumin, cayenne or chilli pepper in your diet directly affects your libido. So, spice up your food to spice up you sex life.
3. Fish eggs: Believe it or not, just fry them in pure clarified butter sprinkle some salt and pepper and relish this exotic dish. Great for your libido!
4. Grapefruit: Great as a fruit and great as an aphrodisiac!
5. Fennel seeds: Chew a few seeds after every meal. Not only helps in digestion but also in increasing your sex drive!
6. Clove: Clove is considered a natural remedy for a low sex drive in many Asian countries.
7. Cardamom: Chew on it whenever you want to. It tastes lovely, good for your gums and teeth and great for your bedroom too!
8. Indian Ginseng: This one is supposed to be great for an increased libido in men and women both. It is said to have a direct effect on nerves. Wow!
9. Saffron: Just a pinch of it mixed with milk and consumed at night. Believe me, it does wonders!
10. Milk & Honey: Mix a tablespoon on honey in warm milk and have it just before you sleep. Its a known remedy for increasing sex drive in men and women both.
Well, I sure learnt a lot from this discussion. I do not know whether I will be able to help a lot of women through this article and the remedies presented here, but I sure do know one thing. Our decreased sexual drives are a lot to be blamed on our faulty lifestyles more than anything else. If we are able to pay a little more heed to ourselves, and our mental healths, I am sure we can go a long way in leading a sexually satisfied life.
