Follow these tips in planning your great wedding!

Six or more months ahead

* Decide your wedding dress style, guests and other formality for your wedding
* Choose the best time and best venue for your wedding ceremony
* Set a budget
* If you need additional help, hire a wedding planner
* Start to do your guest list
* Choose a reception venue
* Order the wedding dress

4-6 months ahead

* Book photographer and videographer
* Florist are important so this is the time to book them
* Plan and if possible book your honeymoon
* Book music and entertainment
* Arrange transportation of all the guest attending your wedding
* Purchase wedding rings
* Purchase or reserve groom’s attire
* Choose attendants’ attire
* Choose accessories for you and your attendants
* Choose invitations

2-4 months ahead

* Choose and order your wedding cake
* Choose giveaways
* Mail invitations
* Discuss details of the menu with caterer
* Try out make-up and hair styles

1-2 months ahead

* Buy guest book
* Confirm all bookings
* Send out thank-you notes as gifts arrive

One week to go

* Confirm number of guests with caterer and finalize seating plan
* Pack for honeymoon
* Ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)
* Ensure all speeches are prepared
* Finalize wedding day itinerary and ensure everyone knows what is expected of them

Wedding Day

* Breathe!
* Give yourself plenty of time to get ready, allowing time for pre-wedding 
photographs.
* Relax and have fun after all the months of hard work.
* Enjoy every moment, the memories will last a lifetime.
