Yup! But just to keep things in check the wedding expenses would amount to about £10 million. The royals want to keep this wedding in line with past weddings of the heir apparents to the throne: like the wedding of Queen Elizabeth and the wedding of Prince Charles to Lady Diana. As to how much each family would share is hinted by insiders saying that the Middletons are expected to pick a specific expense of the wedding, like the honeymoon, instead of taking half of the entire bill.

Though their assets is kept under wraps it should be noted that all three Middleton children went to a-£29,000-per-year-college. And they could afford to pay cash for Kate’s £780,000 flat.

It’s been said that the Prince’s family took the Middletons’ offer very kindly.
