Arriving in Style on Your Big Day

The day has come to book your wedding transport. What do you do? Book a traditional wedding car or something more extravagant like a helicopter?

It is your wedding and you can have exactly what you like on your special day – so consider arriving in style and maybe something other than that traditional wedding car.

Whatever you decide ensure you view the vehicle in advance and be sure there is enough space for you travel comfortably in.

Make that grand appearance – don’t be burdened by old rules that say don’t do this or that – it’s your day do what you like and remember to take in every minute of it. It should only happen once so make sure it’s right for you. Just remember it’s your day.

Think about the type of transport both you and your partner would like – maybe you would like to arrive in a horse and cart but hubbie-to-be would be in his element arriving in an Aston Martin.

Maybe the groom and best man would like to arrive in a porsche each.

Ask around to see if there is anyone who might be able to help out on your wedding day – a friend of a friend may have that Aston Martin who would be willing to help out for the day – if you don’t ask you’ll never find out.

Also you don’t have to stick by the traditional rules of the bride and groom arriving separately either. Be a little bit daring and you could both arrive in style in a horse and carriage.

If you’ve gone to the expense of hiring that special transport for you both – whether it be a traditional Wedding Car, an American Limousine or even a Ferrari then enjoy it together arrive at your wedding drinking champagne while you experience every moment of the day with one another.

Obviously if you decide that you would both like to arrive together then maybe a Ferrari is not an option unless you can of course get the keys for the day!! There maybe someone out there who will lend you his/her Ferrari for the day.

There are unique vehicle companies where you can choose a special vehicle for your transport – could be a racing car, Porsche, Bentley or even a motor cycle – beware that there is often quite a substantial fee involved.

If you decide to arrive in a helicopter then remember that your hair and dress will get blown around when getting in and out. So remember to have some keep a comb and hairspray handy.

Your wedding day should be a day of total fun and relaxation from the time you wake up in the morning to arriving at your honeymoon together – so make sure you get what you want.
