Creating a Wedding Guest List
Creating the wedding guest list is not so easy.
Planning the wedding guest list is never easy. You and your spouse to be, think wedding planning is hard, but wait until it’s time to decide the guest list. They are not only limited space and money, but you may not want everyone and their mother at your wedding. If you start your partner and both sets of parents who work early on the list, you can piece together a guest list with fewer arguments.
Put a Cap on the list
Before picking and choosing of friends and family members must be invited to start your wedding, please contact with your loved ones and determine a maximum head count for the wedding. Determine how much you plan on spending for each guest, including food, drinks and favors. Are the math and decide on a budget.
Knowing how much money you want to spend will come with a maximum guest list count that much easier. Also, if you link your guest list decisions, to make money, it may be easier to make the necessary cuts and to justify it later, especially if a parent tries to invite the whole neighborhood.
Concern is that the more people you have at your wedding, the more expensive it be. There is food for thought, and the size and type of venue you choose. The wedding is too strenuous. The more people there are, the more people have to talk to and socialize with will.
Do you want an extravagant wedding with lots of people, or if you want something more intimate with only a couple of friends and family members: you and your partner should you want to have the type of wedding, think? The amount of people you invite to yourMarriage also influence the tone of the wedding.
If a person insists on inviting a large group of people, then you need to ask some hard questions. Often the bride’s family to pay, and if they want more visitors, they will have to consider paying more. If the arrangement is different, as the bride and groom or the groom’s family to contribute towards the cost, then they have to say more, can come in as many guests and who will pay for the additional guests. In many cases, an honest discussion of the costs will magically shrink the guest list.
Brainstorm
Before you start thinking about who to start cutting of your wedding guest list, brainstorm with your partner and pretend as if you do not have a cap. Think about it, you want to share this special day with you and jump immediately to mind. Think about it, who wants to be a part of this moment. Remember, it’s not about feeling obligated to invite people.
