I think most people can feel pale and washed out during the winter months. With a healthy shine, I feel much better. I do not agree with deck chairs and I did several years ago and developed numerous skin pigmentation. There are a number of risks associated with sunbeds, premature skin aging, pigmentation, skin cancer and eye problems, UV-rays. These are just a few risks.

The trick to keeping you skin looking healthy and youthful in the summer is to make sure that you don’t over tan. It is healthy to get some sun as those shining rays are full of vitamin D which is great for healthy skin.
