As stated previously, providing you were exercising before you became pregnant and you do not suffer from any of the previously listed contraindications, and have the okay from your doctor. Then during your first trimester you should be able to continue exercising at relatively the same level as before you were pregnant.
Well there have to be a few changes implemented into your routine during your second trimester.
