I have struggled with acne and yellow teeth, I have tried tons of bands and spent real money with out success. I have found a couple of easy and cheap things to do every day with stuff you already have around the home that will give you pearly whites and a clear complexion! My teeth are white and skin clear and supple so, I thought I would share the advice.
