Online Bargains & Freebies 1
As a single mom, I have gotten pretty good at finding ways to stretch my budget.
I clip coupons, or even better, buy wholesale or generics, and determine my weekly menu based on weekly circulars and advertised sales. However, saving money on groceries isn’t the only trick I have up my sleeve for living a happy, frugal life. I utilize the internet (which I pay a monthly fee for) on a regular basis to find deep discounts on things I need, free samples and trials of things I already buy, and even free local events and discounts on entertainment.
Below I have compiled a list of a few of my favorite websites for finding deals on anything and everything, from free recipes to discounted living room furniture. There are many, many more which I will post in upcoming installments. Please try out some of the above sites and give feedback: which you liked and why, what you didn’t like. Feel free to suggest some sites I missed as well. Spread the wealth!
