Feng Shui is one of the unique the gateways to health and happiness.

When next you go visit someone’s home if you see a diminutive ship looking as if it is laden with  goods in the  foyer or near the front entrance perhaps it is there not just for its exquisiteness or  for decoration .The owner of the house may well be a Feng Shui practitioner and know the significance of it as a Feng Shui symbol

Years ago I operated a visitors’ souvenir and  gift shop in Jamaica. When I went to purchase supply the trader introduced the green frog to me which was doing very well in the market and encourage me to sell it. These frogs were all male and possessed large reproductive organs looking like that of  a man. He  finally  persuaded  me and I  purchase  a  small quantify and just as he said  they went very fast.

I  assumed it was the extra-large  male sex organ that  caused  these frogs  go so  rapidly  since   there was  not anything  gorgeous, not one thing to admire  about  these frogs. To be frank I found them    gruesome. I wondered why they were green and not brown like the brown frogs we are familiar with in Jamaica.

Quite recently while surfing the internet I read in an article  explaining that the green frog is one of the symbols used in Feng Shui to  generate  wealth. It stated that a green frog when placed near the  door  of the house  as if  protecting  a dish of coins draws  wealth to the individuals of that house.

There you go; ignorance is not a good thing. Tourists came eagerly buying the frogs and there was I trying to make money and did not know the significance of these frogs. I simply believed tourists were attracted to the large reproductive organs of the frogs; they in turn did not make me any wiser.I mention  all this to  enlighten  readers of  the benefits of employing Feng Shui knowledge in the home and  in the office to  promote , wellbeing,  prosperity  and love into  one’s life.

Amit Jain  a Feng Shui  says “unseen energies in the home can create  havoc on one’s health and  personal  and professional life,  affecting health,  finances and contentment . All around us we are bombarded with energy, electricity, solar, electromagnetic, X-ray, natural and artificial light, sound, color, and geo-magnetic energies” When these energies are harmonious and balanced they most certainly affect us just as how they also negatively affect us when out of  harmony.

Did you know the energies that come in your home and office can improve or weaken your health and is dependent on the way your residence and furniture are aligned with the cardinal points of east south west and north? Feng Shui advice that to get maximum health benefits the front door of buildings should point the east or the north. If the front door faces a different direction other than east or north; concave mirrors or life cards can  use to correct the negative  energy .

One should get a Bagua which is a Feng Shui chart of directions and elements that govern the different direction sections of a house and the different areas of one life such as children, wealth and friends. Each section of the Bugua chart is governed by a natural element such as water, fire, metal and wood. If there is an element in an area where is should not be,  by opposing each other   it is likely  cause a negative reaction in that area of your life. Having knowledge of these can greatly improve health and wellness.

Toilet must not go in the south east of your home or office because this is the area that area is associated to wealth.   Lavatory seat must be kept closed to avoid flushing out wealth. A dripping   tap in that direction must be fixed immediately. The directions one places the head when sleeping is important as more energy is generated from the east and north directions. These directions of east and north areas are regarded as best sleeping directions in produce health and wellbeing.

I’m sure many people benefited from Feng Shui mostly Chinese. There’s nothing to lose by believing Feng Shui. But I myself don’t believe in this. I preferred to arrange and design many things according to what will be the purpose of it. I based my interior design and decorations by depending upon the situation. As I’ve said, there’s nothing to lose if you believe in this. It just happened that I preferred to do things from what I think is appropriate. Thank you for sharing this great stuff! Very informative and well written.
