What a Man Wants From a Woman in a Relationship

What an individual man wants from a women will depend upon his personality and his needs. However, there are some general ‘wants’ that most men will hope to be fulfilled from a relationship.

One

Physical attraction; This is not always top of the list, hopefully!, but is a necessary component amongst a mental checklist that men have.

This is not necessarily shallow, as both men and women are programmed to desire a partner that they can be happy to enjoy being physical with.

The good news is that not all men regard exactly the same physical qualities as being attractive. What one finds sexy and spellbinding another may not give much credit to. So there is hope for everyone to find a suitable match out there.

Two

Trust: Without trust a relationship will crumble, or will at the very least be fraught with arguments and jealousy.

Honesty is one of the main things that a man who has been inadvertently bitten in past looks for in a woman to settle down with.

Three

Companionship: Men want someone that they can laugh with and share experiences with. You don’t need to avidly follow every hobby that a man has to fulfil this need. In fact if you did that may get on his nerves! But you do need to have enough in common that you can love being in each others company.

A sharing of values: Men want a woman who, while possibly not agreeing with every idea that they have, at least thinks along similar moral lines as them and has similar values and ideals.

Kindness; This may seem like a strange, but sweet attribute, to be in the top five list of what a man wants from a women, but in most cases it tends to be true. Anyway, who doesn’t benefit from a little positive attention and gentle femininity in times of need?
