Are you going through a breakup? Having a difficult time?
I can still remember the time I broke up with my boyfriend, it was last year so it wasn’t long time ago. And it was really hard.
I don’t cry much but the day after I broke up I went out and run for couple hours until I was exhausted and came home I rang my mom and talk my heart out for hours, my mom would patiently listen to me and at the end of conversation she encourage me to get back to live normal life again with her inspiring words as usual
I would suggest for anyone who just been through the brake up, lets not be alone all the time. Spending time with your mate is the best thing to do , such as sleep over so you can chat and laugh with your mate together until midnight(and that’s what I did), go out and have lunch together, watch comedy movie is also helps , it takes your focus away from your ex boyfriend and make your feel better.
Another thing is to pamper your self , this is all about to make yourself feel much better and positive. Have long bath , have a nice new haircut or manicure or something . Please just be good to yourself by treating yourself a special thing.
For me , I know that I probably has to loose something but in return I gain more valuable thing which is experience. Now I know what to expect from a relationship , what to expect from a man and we can’t always see relationship through rose color glasses.
