How to Tell If a Guy Likes You

Highschool is an important milestone in any person’s life, and there is always that one person that you really like.  The hardest part about it is that you can’t tell if they like you back most of the time.  Here is a short guide to tell if someone likes you:

A: How to tell if a guy likes you.

1) Being a guy myself, I want to tell all the females out there how to tell if you’re crush likes you back.  The only problem is that guys vary on their tactics depending on their personality.  There are a couple rules that almost all boys follow.  The first marker should be that the guy walks by you alot, or tries to get near you.  And by near it isn’t meant directly next to you, but where he can see you.  If you’re constantly seeing the guy in your vicinity, then it’s a good sign, but it doesn’t neccesarily means he likes you.  The second thing is glances.  You probably already know that someone who likes you will try and look at you as often as possible.  If the guy is shy, then he will look away the second you look at him.  He will try to make it look like he wasn’t looking at you at all.  If the guy is really shy, when you look at him he will avoid making eye contact at all costs.  The next sign is that he will either try to ignore you, or simply not talk to you.  Shy guys will never start a conversation first, unless they are forced to.  Of course, if the guy isn’t shy, then he will try and talk to you through any method possible.  If you become friends with the guy, he will pick on you.  When he makes fun of you and constantly does mean things, it most likely means he likes you.  The best way to figure out if a guy likes you is to confront him with a group of friends with you.  Guys feel more comforatable talking to you if there are other people around.  The best way to figure it out is to have one of your friends ask him if he thinks you are good-looking, or pretty, or anything in that context.  Don’t expect him to blush, but he will try and change the subject.  He will most likely answer “no”, or something along the lines of, “I don’t know i haven’t really met her yet.”  If the guy beats around the bush, then it’s a good sign.  The next thing is time he spends in areas around you.  If a guy purposely prolongs the amount of time he gets to spend near you then it’s also a good sign.  A shy guy will keep his distance though.  Not all guys act the same, but usually they want you to make the first move.
