Grown Man Outside, Little Boy Inside

As more spirit based women, trying to figure out these men who are no more than little boys seeking unconditional love from you as their “Mother” is nerve-wrecking but it’s quite simple:

They want your nurturance and they want your presence, but you are not ditsy enough, nor superficial enough, for them to marry. They see you as too challenging and seek to take the “easy way out” due to your presence. You don’t seem like the “door mat” type to them and that is what they want. They want to be taken care of AND do what is comfortable for them. The want respect without earning respect.

Yes, you seem down to earth to them, but would you pay all of the bills if something happened to them? Would you look the other way if they had an extra marital affair? Would you allow them to be king of the household and treat them that way, even though it is you who is holding it all together?

They want all of the advantages of your friendship and respect without returning it. Don’t you see the repeated pattern of behavior? That is God’s Will to get them away from you. Men don’ t see you the way you see yourself.

Even though you are the nurturer and he wants you, he may choose the easy way out—he can run things with her but with you –he won’t think that is possible. He knew that it was highly possible that you would get him straight.

All spirit based women ask for is to be treated on an equivalent basis–but when the other person has never quite grown up–still stuck in self gratification (ego) –He won’t want it on equivalent basis—he will want to do what he wants to do. What’s comfortable for him.
