The most tried and tested method on record is the crunch or sit-up, but at least for me this method takes way to long to see the results. Instead invest in a soccer ball, as this will help you in more ways than one. To change the traditional crunch or sit-up place the soccer ball right up against you back as you sit. When you lean back to do the crunch or sit-up, still go all the way down to the floor. This technique does way more for you core than anything else. It is probably the fastest as well, as I can assure you that you will have a really hard time doing even half the amount of crunches or sit-ups that you normally do.
Another method to keep you body in shape or whip it into shape is interval running. This does take some time, but the results are so worth it. Take you basic track lap and cut it into quarters, dividing it up into the long straight sections and the curved sections. This following technique seems rather complicated but once you start it is easy to remember. Start by streching as this is really important so you don’t hurt yourself (touch your toes, bring knees up to chest, etc.) Then jog one track lap at a pace that you could sustain if you were running constantly, this is barely above a walk. When you get to the starting point again, sprint the first quarter of the track lap and jog (barely above a walk remember) the rest. Then sprint two quarters and jog the rest, and so on until you sprint all four. Finish with a slow jog around the track one more time and stretch so you don’t cramp. This probably takes about 10-20 minutes depending on you jog speed, but for that amount of time you will feel it tommorrow morning let me tell you. Try to do this interval running twice a week, say Monday and Friday, and you are well on you way to gaining a body you can be proud of.
Eating habits have got to change if you want to loose the fat and build the muscle. Start by cutting your midnight snacks, and try to eat slightly less every day. Eat more grain as this will fill you up while not putting the fat into your system. Also for guys, try to eat more meat, lean meat if you can bear the taste differance (negligible in my opinion). Women, same thing lean meat. Also, for guys and gals, drink water exclusively. This will probably cut back on both you weight and you wallet. You have no idea how much you can pour down the drain getting Starbucks everyday. Water, Water, Water, this is really important. It helps flush the impurities out of your blood and helps digestion. I know that I may sound like your mom, but eating fruit and vegetables are also key. I personally eat a banana everyday with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eating habits are something that you can’t ignore.
Finally, getting into the more exclusive forms of exercise, have you ever wondered how to be a good kisser? This is the key to your worries. This simple but effective solution, will make you an expert kisser in no time though it might make you look a little bit like a dork. Basically all you need is a pencil or pen, place the pen/pencil in you mouth, holding it aloft with only you lips (don’t let it rest on you teeth). This may make you look a little weird so I suggest doing this in the privacy of you home.
With the new crunches, interval running, and kiss training, you will be totally prepared for the women in you life.
