How a woman in the UK got ripped off by a dating service.
According to the website broken news daily a woman from the United Kingdom paid $78,000 for two years worth of dates from a dating service. During that two years she had dates with four men, none of whom she liked and two of whom didn’t even live in her country. Now the woman is taking the dating service Valenti international to court.
Hard to tell which is worse, the dating service for giving her poor service or the woman for paying $78,000
$78,000??????
I guess I could understand someone who has that kind of money paying it to a dating service if the dating service guaranteed her the man of her dreams. But dating services don’t make those kind of guarantees. The best they can do is make an educated guess about what type of person might be right for you, and hope they have someone close who has also signed up for their service.
$78,000????
If the lady was that lonely she could have gotten a lot of therapy for $78,000. She could have also signed up for match.com, eharmony ect ect. Guess she figured if she paid all that money, she would get someone who really knew what they were doing.
Apparently not.
I hope the lady wins her lawsuit. I don’t know what kind of promises the dating service made her but she certainly didn’t get her money’s worth. Of course she was pretty stupid to pay that much for a dating service to begin with.
But let’s not blame the victim

$78,000? I can’t see how any of these dates could have been worth that kind of money.
