Yoga & Herbal Tea Overcome Painful Menstruation

Most women who experience dysmenorrhea have each method torelieve pain. Warms the stomach with warm water bottle or a warmdrink. Bathing in a hot tub is also a favorite of women for pain relief.
Dr Miriam Stoppard in his book ”Family Health Guide”recommends to try herbal teas. ”Herbal tea can reduce the pain ofspasmodic like mint or chamomile herb,” he explained.
Ginger herb is also a common pain reliever. ”Add a cup of hot wateron a teaspoon of fresh ginger that has been shredded, and then a decision for 10 minutes and drink when needed,” he advised.
In addition to herbal tea, relaxation or yoga exercises can alsorelieve pain. If you want to take pain medication, Stoppard suggestsibuprofen.
