Dr Miriam Stoppard in his book ”Family Health Guide”recommends to try herbal teas. ”Herbal tea can reduce the pain ofspasmodic like mint or chamomile herb,” he explained.
 
Ginger herb is also a common pain reliever. ”Add a cup of hot wateron a teaspoon of fresh ginger that has been shredded, and then a decision for 10 minutes and drink when needed,” he advised.
