Fabulously forty was such a gem to find on the internet that I could not wait to share it with you all. A web site for women, based on the idea that we are in our prime and to meet others in the same state of mind and maturity. They do allow women to join from 1979 and older. I am two years shy of being forty, and they allowed membership.
You receive your own profile where you can add your photograph and personal information, and your own blog. You can not place up links without an upgrade. I can understand this, it is a business and we all need to make some money. The columnists and owner do need to be paid.
Photographs are allowed to be uploaded even as a new silver account. You can separate the pictures and place them into different photograph albums. On your profile people can leave you comments on the page. Earning community points is also another feature on this site.
They have columnists that provide information in each topic. The categories of topic are beauty, health, career, family, love and lifestyle. They even have one man giving his perspective. The marketplace is for premium accounts only, but all accounts can join the groups.
The groups are a very wide variety such as Christianity, Women Entrepreneurs, Career and Finance, Pets, Home and Garden and travel. I personally joined a few writing groups, Christian groups, and will be joining other ones as I become a member of the site. Opening up a group does require a platinum account, which according to the message on the right hand side of the screen can be earned by how much you contribute to your membership on the website.
Playing games is also another option if you are a gamer who enjoys this activity. The selection includes word games, puzzle games and even a bad hair day game. The cryptogram game looks interesting since you would require really trying to solve a puzzle to figure out the answer.
As a woman I see myself getting quite comfortable within this website, and joining groups and meeting new mature friends.
A status update like Twitter, Facebook and my space, is also on each individual profile letting others know what we are up too. Badges are available to place onto your blog or website, I am very tempted by the one called expert author.

thanks been busy packing, then picking up my key at the new place, and then my little girl was playing with our landlords little girl, it is her birthday today (the little girl she played with) and she had a blast with her, we were invited to stay for coffee, and to come back for the party but we have some things to wrap up at home so…but my landlords are really nice people, they drove us home so we would not be on the bus for a few hours, my daughter was tickled pink by their dog, she is only used to our cat Gem, it was a great morning, and finishing up some packing this afternoon, I do not believe in take out often, so we had our plates etc.out so we could eat

the lady landlord said my husband told me you are a published writer, I said “it is not as glamourous as it appears, and most of us are underpaid as it is” she just laughed, then I told her you can get abused with bad comments and so forth, then mentioned the accounting course I am taking, but will continue to write still but want to freelance with my aunts accounting business, big money in that field,,,
beautiful woman from cuba, she looks like a model LOL and the husband is a communication something, engineer that is it, they are very wealthy, they own two homes, etc..
