Vintage Fashion

The newest trend is now the oldest clothing.
Vintage fashion is growing more and more. Thrift shops and second-hand shops are now the popular places to go for young people. Even in thier parents or grandparents closets. I have even gone through my parent’s attic and found some pretty old stuff. Vintatge clothing can be a little pricey, even when the clothing has stains or rips because it has been used. However, I have been shopping even at Goodwill, and found a few cute vintage dresses for only a couple dollars. A fact which i am quite proud of. You can even sell clothes you don’t want anymore to certain thrift shops, or make a trade.
One of my favorite websites is www.modcloth.com It has real vintage clothing (which sells quick!) and adorable vintage-inspired clothing. Other vintage-inspired clothing shops are Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, and Betsey Johnson. All of which, I love. In fact, i might be obsessed with them.
In todays economy, we can’t all afford to buy the trendiest clothes. So what good timing for vintage clothes to be in style! It IS possible to still look cute, just by shopping in thrift shops.
