Many of us are unaware that the colors we choose to display play a very important role in showing others around us who we are. Its very important to know that although we do it subconsciously, we should be aware of it.
Purple – purpose, royalty, good judgment, imagination
Purple, the warmest of the coolest colors, is the combination of red and blue. Red is passionate, fierce, and hot while blue is cooling, stable, and calm. Red brings practicality to the undirected expansiveness of the blue, and allows more creative energy to emerge. Therefore, violet is related to imagination and inspiration.
Put some purple in your life when you want to use your imagination to its fullest. The key is in how you choose the other accessories in combination with other colors depending on the shade of purple. Light purple invokes femininity and romantic feelings. Dark purple can display somewhat gloomy and sad feelings.
If you are in the mood to wear a bright shade of purple, then you should consider dark accessories or a black coat to go along. A black skirt or trouser with a light purple top will give you a royalty look. Dark purple, on the other hand, should work well with black, brown, cream, beige, or white. However, too much of purple makes you look exactly the opposite of what you desire to be. Purple should be used selectively so that you don’t appear to be too flashy.
Brown – Earth, order, dependability, stability

Brown is an earth neutral color. It can be found in wood, dirt, and stone. Although it might be considered a little dull at times, it also represents simplicity, friendliness, and dependability. The color brown and its lighter relatives which are tan, taupe, beige, and cream make excellent backgrounds to help colors appear richer and brighter.
Although an all year-round color, brown is considered to be in the autumn and fall season. Very dark brown can be used to replace black, adding a slightly warmer tone. Brighten brown with yellow or rusty orange.
Orange –enthusiasm, creativity, endurance, transition

Orange is vibrant. It’s a combination of red and yellow so it shares some common characteristics of the two. It signifies energy and warmth. Orange is able to invoke images of autumn leaves, pumpkins, and Halloween, when used with black. It represents the changing seasons. Therefore, it’s the color of transition between the hot summer and cold winter.
Orange is mentally stimulating and sociable. It’s an excellent color to get people thinking or simply to get them talking.
White - cleanliness, innocence, purity, kindness, safety

Technically speaking, white is not a color, but the presence of all color in unity; therefore, it stands for wholeness and completion. It also symbolized openness, truth, and cleanliness and can also be used to signify simplicity in high-tech environments. This explains its use in the medical field. It holds the potential and versatility to move toward every other color and this makes it a good choice for new beginnings and ideas.
White is soft and helps to make other colors livelier such as in combination with red, blue, and green. Put some white in your life when you want to start a fresh beginning and to bring about mental clarity in the decisions you make.
