It discusses the beauty of the famous woman’s attire of India which is popularly known as sari.
Sari, popularly known as six yard dress is considered to be the most beautiful dress all over the world. A woman can crib about a skirt not carried well by her personality or a gown not adding to her beauty but a sari holds the ability to present even the ugliest in a beautiful form. The word “sari” evolved from the Prakrit word “sattika” as mentioned in earliest Buddhist Jain literature. There are various ways of draping a sari but the most common is style is for the sari to be wrapped around the waist, with the loose end of the drape worn over the shoulder, baring the stomach. Not only Hollywood but even hollywood stars have been attracted towards this attire many a times and the most recent is Victoria Beckham who wore a silver gray colored saree with a bridal touch. Even Liz Hurley struck the headlines with the sky blue and pink sari which she wore in her marriage party. It may not be the most comfortable dress but it’s certainly the most beautiful dress which adds charm to a woman’s personality.

I’ve always loved the sari, and hope to get one soon. I just can’t find anywhere to wear it to.
