Care and storage- care of clothes is important aspect. If it is easy to launder-cleaned every time, or involves complicated cleaning procedure.

One must be able to conveniently store a fabric when it is not in use. Difficult in day- to- day care and storage will make it a problem for use and therefore may affect its durability.

Labels- one must read the labels carefully while choosing clothes. They important information regarding the trade name, fibre composition of the fabric, colour fastness, creases resistance, manufacture, directions for care, etc. All this information is helpful in proper up keep of the fabric and increasing its durability.

Appearance- aesthetic value of clothes for the weaver is very important. The colour, texture and print should be according to complexion, height, age, figure of the wearer as well as it must conform the occasion, fashion and social values.

Durability- properly selected clothes will give us due satisfaction, but they strength of the fabric used for making the fabric.
