Perfectly-fitted underwear is essential to a stunning silhouette. It is a reasonable investment in a wardrobe. Here are different types of bras and some tips on how to make sure you get it right.

The Everyday Bra

For everyday use, invest in smooth silky t-shirt bras with molded cups because they work best under all tops.  Cotton bras are okay, but some tops don’t fall well over them.

Beige Push-Up Bra

A beige push-up bra is a must-have in any wardrobe.  It looks invisible and creates a natural look.  TIP:  To keep your bra invisible, don’ mach it with the color of the shirt; match it with the color of your skin. It is best worn with a cotton shirt.

Racerback Bra

This is the everyday athletic bra because it lends more support.  It is best worn with halter-necks and racerback tops.

Minimizer

This is a non-padded molded cup bra for big B cups and up.  It provides full coverage and extra support.  The molded cups make this bra ideal for cotton shirts.

The Evening Bra

Bras like the bustier bra and the silicone pads are great for evening parties while the strapless bra is great for all-night dancing.

Bustier

A bustier bra creates a firm upper body silhouette while giving the needed support.  TIP:  Choose one that fits tightly like a glove and doesn’t wrinkle anywhere.  The low back makes it perfect for low-back strapless gowns. It is also ideal for tube tops.

Silicone Pads

It is best used for sheer tops and plunging necklines.  Warning: If you are bigger than a cup B, then forget about this, as they don’t provide any support.

Black Lace Strapless Bra

This is the evening undergarment staple, the way a beige molded bra is a must-have for day.  The lace fabric gives it that sexy feel and detachable straps make it versatile.

Five-Way bra

This bra can be converted to five different styles:  halter, strapless, basic, backless and racerback.

Wonderbra

This type makes a small breast look fuller.  It gives you the extra cleavage needed.
