Brief summary of pregnancy.

It’s sad that most woman who are pregnant never know what to expect after giving birth and don’t find out until one gives birth. It’s a rude awakening, not to scare anyone but it’s the truth.

Being pregnant is a beautiful experience that one never forgets. At the begging the feeling is very lousy due to nausea and vomiting but not to be alarmed it does go away after the first trimester, sorry to say only for some woman. Other woman do have nausea and vomiting throughout their whole pregnancy but don’t worry they soon learn what foods they can stand and not stand.

After the 20 weeks you finally beggin to feel pregnant your belly starts to grow and you start feeling that little someone inside you. This gives you great satisfaction and you begin the journey of getting ready for when the baby arrives. You want everything to be perfect for him or her. You get this big buzz of energy during this time and you feel great.

By the end of your pregnancy you beggin to wear down and find you get tired very easily, do not worry your body is just getting ready, just go with the flow. You may get aches and pains here and there mostly around your hips and lower extremities but nothing a little tylenol or a warm bath will help.

Weather you decide to have a natural birth with or without medications, or maybe an epidural, or a c-section is all up the the individual. You do not have to be afraid of asking for what ever you want to get you through the labor and they don’t call it labor for nothing. It is very important you go to your child birthing classes for this will prepare you for the final day. Remember that if you decide to go through a natural birth your Doctor may decide to do an episiotomy to help the baby and your self and ease the delivery, though this is not painful at the time the doctor does it is very painful after. Be aware that besides the episiotomy you may also tear yourself and that also is painful afterward not at the time it happens.

When your baby is born you and see him for the first time you will find that everything you went through was worth it.
