How to Deal with Cheating Spouses?
Every one hates when their partners cheat on them. But the real question comes down to dealing with it and how happens after wards. In this articles, it will be discussed how to deal with this.
From my experience of cheating my girlfriend and being cheated by my girlfriend (several relationship related issues), I have come down to a few of the best ways to go about with the problem.
1) Don’t Start off with accusing her/him for the fault: Do what ever possible to handle the situation with ease and not much yelling. It usually ends up nowhere with yelling. Confront her/him if you have solid proof of the accusation. Then decide where must things go from there. I would personally end the relationship/marriage then and there. A woman/ man who cannot be trusted does not deserve your attention and affection.
2) Don’t believe in their words if you have solid proof. Too many times women would give excuses about how you weren’t available emotionally. That does not give her any right to cheat on you. If her emotional needs were not satisfied then she should have discussed it with you. Guys who cheat have to be treated the same way. Cheaters also have the attitude of blaming the problem on you. Don’t even for a second give in for it. You must always take a solid ground and make them responsible for the cheating no matter what the issue is.
3) Don’t listen to her/his friends:
Friends of your partner’s will always try to convince you that your partner is innocent, so don’t even for second believe them because they will always be faithful to your partner (that’s what friends are there for).
4) After confrontation:- Its up to you to decide if you want to continue to pursue the relationship. Some people are firm at their thoughts that cheaters do not change while others believe that the cheaters may change due to the trauma caused by their work.
5) This rule applies to women only:- Low Libido, This is the biggest problem to failures in marriages and relationships. Once a man understand about this and how to deal with it then it becomes even more easier to save your marriage. Since this is too long of a topic to write on I have provided a link an article on the subject over here: http://uk.askmen.com/dating/vanessa_100/129_love_secrets.html
Hopefully these tips would have got you thinking how to deal with cheating partners. Women are seen to be a culprit by many people these days for initiating the cheating and divorces. This is quite true in many instances but at the same men cheat a lot as well. Try out Therapy if you feel your partner cheated only once and probably would not again (But keep your guard up and make your partner aware that they are on a probation period and their relationship with you is at stake if they screw up again).
