Looking good is good business because it affects your confidence. Your level of confidence determines how people receive you. It is everybody’s desire to feel and look young and beautiful. This is possible. Here are some tips for you:

Worry less:

Worrying is one of the major signs of stress and it significantly hinders your thought process, appearance and eventually, your heart. Laughter is indeed, the best medicine. It helps to lighten your mood and improve your looks

Moisturize:

I’m sure you probably hear this every day. Why is it so important? Moisturizing forms a protective layer that protects your skin from the harsh environmental conditions. It helps to retain the moisture that your skin needs to prevent wrinkling. Every part of your skin needs that moisture.

Use a Sunscreen:

Sunscreens protect your skin from skin cancer. Recent studies show that Ultra Violet Light causes DNA mutation in the skin which may lead to skin cancer. Sunscreens that offer a protection level of at least 15 are recommended. i.e. SPF 15. It is best to apply the sunscreen at least 60 minutes before going into the sun. Try to avoid the sun between the hours of 10 and 2. Excessive tanning is also destructive to the skin.

Shave Off All Hair on your body:

There is nothing more unattractive than a person with hair shooting out from all pores of the skin including the nose, armpits, etc. They all need to be shaved off. Seems like a lot of work? Yes, hairs on your legs, arms, armpits, nose, face, bikini area and beard all need to be shaved or trimmed. Apart from making a person look unattractive, it causes odour.

Wear colours that complement your skin:

Imagine a dark skinned man wearing a red suit…need I say more? It is important to combine your colours in an appealing way. Using an artist’s color wheel can help you identify possible colours that could flatter your skin and hair colour.

Sleep & Exercise:

An Adult needs at least 8 hours of sleep per day. If you can’t sleep, herbal teas, aromatherapy and meditation can go a long way to help you. To hide bags under your eyes, you can consider using concealers or any other natural means of removing eye bags.

Exercise as often as you can. It helps to increase blood flow and maintain good posture. It will also keep you fit, of course! If your life style is sedentary, then you need to engage in more activities.

Eating & Drinking

The last but definitely not the least tip for today is to eat and drink good food. You are as good as what you eat. Stay away from high sugar foods, too much salt and oil. Try a balanced diet and see how much better you feel. Remember that moderation is everything.

Also if you must drink, keep it minimal in order to win the battle of the bulge. Water helps you glow. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep you constantly hydrated.
