Transformational Artist Nellie Renae Harrington shares a few trade star secrets in the field of anti-aging and natural healing arts.

There are those people who always look perfectly posed and glowing no matter how hectic their schedule becomes.

Kelly Ripa is one of those people. She has a glow that is all her own.

Denzel Washington has mastered the art of glow and body balance as well as other famous celebrities and politicians.

Transformational Artist Nellie Renae Harrington reveals a few secrets to finding and presenting your best face and body to the world without harmful chemicals, surgery, or excessive effort.

” First, find your glow from within and bring that to the surface so that you may attract people like a shining star!”

How? It’s simple, try this little exercise and you will be amazed!

As you sit before your mirror place your palms over your eyes, close them while envisioning a “pink” loving energy flowing through your palms into your eyes. Take a deep cleansing breath, and now as you let out the breath, allow the air to gather any stress and pull it down into your middle section. As you do mentally watch in your mind for your glow with to begin. When you see and feel the glow in your mind, gently pull your hands away, allow the pink color to continue out of the soles of your feet. Now look back at your reflection, and bingo! Glow and smile!

Now for the body, here we will use a tiny 40 second stretch and grounding meditation which will balance your spine using your own body weight. *Do this slowly and gently as to not become dizzy!

Stand straight with your left hand supporting the base of your head just above the neck. As you take in your breath, raise your right hand slowly and place it over your left hand. Now allow the breath to naturally flow out and as you do bend your head down gently (hands still behind base of the head) stretching the neck until you feel the stretch in your mid shoulders, and then bend forward until you can see your toes. As you begin to straighten, take in another breath, as you exhale let your hands to slowly and gently fall away back down to your sides, and straighten. Imagine that your body is a strong tree, that your roots run deep into the ground and are nourished by the earth.

Now you are rejuvenated, and balanced!

Add that, to your glow, and you are ready to go!

Also, here are some affirmations and thought of the day to recite or write in your personal journal and or make one for someone else as a gift.

“There is no one on earth like me.”

“I am as unique as my thumbprint.”

“Be assured that nothing is more attractive than a self assured woman, no matter what your age or body mass.” Think Oprah!

“If you go into the garden and pick a rose, no other rose is ever going to be like that rose again.”

“Uniqueness is what makes you stand out from the crowd, it is what draws people to you like honey is to the bees.”

And finally my personal fav, “A firefly does not ask why it must glow or shine, it just does!”

So Glow, firefly…Glow!
