Take The Perfect Bath

Winter is here and more and more people are feeling the blues about the snow, ice and bitter cold weather, at least in the Northern United States.

Here is something that you can do, to make yourself feel beautiful and invigorated and spanking clean. A shower and  bath, to keep you feeling happy and peaceful.

First, take a shower. Wash with Deoderant soap. Rinse off and fill the tub, to soak. Create your own bath to make you feel outstanding. Some people like to do the works meaning, hot water, lots of bubbles, perfume and candles. Other people like to take their baths in hot water only. You decide what kind of bath will make you feel your best. You be the boss. However, I suggest that you listen to your favorite music, while relaxing in the tub. It makes you feel as though you are in the Garden of Eden.

I like to do the works on baths. After my shower, I fill up the tub with hot water, I put in lots of shampoo for bubbles and I sprintz in some parfum for fragrance that drives me crazy with pleasure and I put out lighted candles all around the bath tub. I make sure that there are no clothes or anything that can catch fire before lighting the candles. I want to make the bath a paradise not a fire hazard. I put on my favorite music, and completely relax. When I get out of the tub, I feel like a princess as I dry myself off.

This may sound completely crazy, but borrow your son’s toy sail boat or even go to a toy store and buy one. When you take your bath, glide the boat around the tub. It’s juvenile and off beat but fun. It brings out the kid in you.

When you are done with your bath, you’ll notice what a great feeling you have.

Take it easy!

There’s nothing like a luxurious bath to release us from the day’s stress, and to ensure that the rest of the day is better. These are wonderful tips. Thanks! :-)
