Three Simple Remedies for Acne
Acne is the skin disease known as pimples and blackheads. So, what I’m going to is share with you some home remedies for pimples. That way, you will have more confidence and better looking skin.
There are home remedies and some laser treatment to cure acne. But here are some home remedies of acne.
The first remedy of acne is your diet. Too much of eating oily foods can cause more acne so eat healthy foods such as fruit, vegetables, lean meats and nuts. If you can avoid oily food, spicy food and saturated fats or sugar you don’t have acne. To avoid acne you have to take care of your food a lot.
Second, garlic is a very effective and efficient remedy for pimples and acne. If you can massage raw garlic onto your face several times a day for at least a week, you will see results within a week of doing this.
The last but not least remedy for acne is Fengureek leaves. Make a paste of it and apply it on the face and after it has dried wash it off. By doing twice a day it brings glow to your face.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. If you skip this remedy, the others won’t work.
