Most of us use common toilet soap or lotion cleaning for washing the face. People with oily skin, a few hours back to oily skin. People with dry skin have more drying using these products. The best that can be recommended for the cleaning of the face (and not because of the whole body) is oats. If we overwhelmed the oats in the supermarket that comes in box. The most famous brand is Quaker.

How we use it? Simple. We take a small amount between your hands (one tablespoon reached) and we add a little water to achieve a cream consistency. Then gently wipe the face and rinse. It is not necessary to act. We’ll see as our skin is clean and fresh. Must be mixed with water at the time, can not prepare in advance for produce mushrooms. It is advisable to save a bit of oats in any container within the bath to keep always within reach.

If you want a deeper treatment that is more nutritious, we can also mix it with a teaspoon of honey and let the resulting mask about 15 minutes to act. If you have oily skin can add a few drops of lemon juice to the mix. On the contrary, if we have dry skin add to the mix a teaspoon of olive oil.

As oats superbly clean skin, extra virgin olive oil (organic if it is even better) is used to moisturize and soften skin. Contains a large amount of vitamin E, a potent antioxidant, which prevents premature aging of our skin, and Omega 3 fatty acids. Prevents the formation of wrinkles, dryness, dry lips, eczema, etc.. A teaspoon is more than enough for your entire face, and then applied with gentle massage to cleanse the skin. It is preferable to use at night before bedtime, since it has its characteristic flavor. This also vanishes in less than an hour usually.
