How to Lighten Your Skin and Under Your Eyes Naturally

Follow these simple tips and recipes for beautiful lighter skin and also reduce under eye circles. Make these natural remedies from home.

Under Eye Circles

Under eye circles got you looking tired? Try laying down relaxing with chilled tea bags over your eyes or you can use cucumbers. Have a nice cup of green tea and then chill the bags in the fridge for later. Also make sure you’re getting a good night’s sleep. When you are done with your tea bag/cucumber therapy, apply some vitamin k creme under the eyes. Also avoid rubbing your eyes since it can break the capillaries under the eyes causing discoloration. You can also try wrapping a grated raw potato in a cheesecloth and applying to your eyelids for 15-20 minutes. You can also take a common herb known as Butcher’s Broom daily to reduce dark circles. It has been known to treat weak circulation.

Face

Pour some milk in a bowel and soak a thin cloth with it. Spread it on your face for about 15 min or so and then rinse. Milk is a natural skin whitener. Also lemon juice mixed with a bit of plain natural yogurt is an excellent mild bleach.

Skin

Wear sunblock while having fun in the sun or if you’re going out. I would recommend banana boat with SPF 30. Exfoliate once per week with a mixture of oatmeal, brown sugar, and milk. Mix it into a paste and scrub your face, rinse, and moisturize so you don’t dry your skin out. Drink plenty of water and juice with anti-oxidants. Also try to avoid direct sun exposure. Help protect your eyes with sunglasses.
