Skin? It’s what makes us. Everyone has skin, right? But most importantly, everyone wants to flaunt healthy, clear, beautiful skin. It’s simply the best trend, because great skin will never go out of fashion! You will achieve great results every time when you follow my process. It’s so simple, yet truly affective. It’s basically done in 4 quick steps you must apply to your daily life style. 1 Cleanse, 2 Tone, 3 Treat, 4 Nutrition. First, you must find the right products for your skin type. There are several skin types, Oily, Dry, or T zone.  According to your skin type, chose the right product that best fits your needs. My personal favorites include Christine Valmy and Murad. They work great with different skin types. You’re going to cleanse your skin twice a day. Once at night and once in the morning. The key to great skin isn’t to just cleanse, its to cleanse right. You must ALWAY cleanse at night no matter what it is really important. When you go outdoors, your skin is exposed to pollution, dirt, germs and weather, that’s why it is serious for you to do so. When you rinse, you should make sure you rinse thoroughly. Make sure you remove all access products from your skin. Then pat down dry with clean paper towel. NEVER dry your face with a towel because towels contain germs and dirt and when you dry your face with it you are putting that stuff right back in your skin. Always use fresh disposable paper towels.

After your face is all clean, you’re ready to apply your toner. Toner is great cause it cleans all the nicks you missed and it puts your skin back to its normal ph level. Then you need some moisturizer. It’s recommended that you use 2 different types, one for the winter and one for the summer.  Then there’s also treatments you should use once every week, like masks and exfoliates. Now the most important thing you should remember out of this whole article is “Nutrition”. You can do everything I mentioned, but if you don’t follow with balanced nutrition then it won’t do much. See, the secret of my method is my routine plus nutrition, cause when you combine them the results will be phenomenal every time, I guarantee it. You must be healthy inside first so the outside can then look healthy. If you are breaking out, or have bad skin, and you tried all those expensive infomercials and products out their but none of them seem to work. It’s because your body is telling you something.
