Follow these simple tips to have healthy and glowing skin.
We all love to have a healthy glowing skin, follow these tips on a daily basis and look your best
Steam
The best time for a personal complexion programme is just before retiring to bed as it gives you the chance to cleanse your skin of all the make-up an environment residue that has gathered during the day. Use a facial steamer or soak a cloth in hot water, wring lightly and bring the cloth near your face so that the steam penetrates and open all the pores, do this for one and half minutes.
Cleanse
When the pores are open, next is to splash warm water on your face and neck. When done, take a little cleanser in your hand, mix it with little water to make it in to creamy lather. Massage this gently on your face and neck in a circular motion using your fingertips or a soft complexion brush for about 30 seconds. Rinse with warm water and wipe with a soft towel.
Tone
Gently wipe your face and neck with a piece of cotton damp in alcohol-free toner as they have damaging and drying effect on the skin. This helps to remove any leftover residue that you have missed and also it closes pores, so that your skin is prepared for moisturizing treatment. Alcohol-free toners are very gentle on the skin and are great during winter season. Now at this point, your skin is squeaky clean.
Moisture
Now take a small amount of moisture and apply on your face and neck in an upward, circular motion. Do not over apply. Moisturiser will work only when your skin is properly cleansed, it will moisten and protect your skin. This is the last stage of cleansing your skin. Now you can go to your bed and have peaceful sleep as you know you have done enough to pamper your skin.
