If you want to have clear, beautiful skin, you need to follow a good skincare regime. Our indiscipline lifestyle takes toll on our skin. By detoxifying you’ll purify the body internally and externally. This will remove toxins in your body and clean the impurities stimulate circulation and rejuvenate cell turnover.
Here are the 5 tips to look your skin great:
- Keep It Clean: Clean your skin regularly. Brush your body to remove dead cells. But do not brush hard and don’t brush your face. Take frequent hot showers and it would be a good idea if you spend some time in sauna (sweating is a good way to get rid of toxins). Hot shower and sauna, both are very good for cleansing the skin.
- Drink Water: Drink a lot of water. This will flush out the toxins. If you want to have a glowing and beautiful skin then drink at least eight glasses of water everyday. Avoid drinking soda or any other liquid. Remember your body needs water and you can’t replace it with any other drink. Drinking water is the key to any detox program.
- Eat Fruits: Eat fruits and flush out toxins in your body. Grapes, lemons and oranges are very good for detoxifying. Antioxidants are very good for the skin. As antioxidants protect the skin from environmental damage. Eat antioxidant rich fruits like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, pears, cherries etc. More fruits you eat, more it makes your skin better. Fruit diet removes waste from your body and gives your skin a glow.
- Foods You Shouldn’t Eat: Avoid any oily, high sugar, fatty foods if you want a good skin. Refrain from consuming caffeine, foods with high carbohydrates, alcohol and any processed foods. As said above, eat plenty of fruits and fresh vegetables.
- Exercise: Do exercise to increase the blood circulation. Choose any exercise according to your lifestyle. Walking, running, biking or even dancing can do wonder. This will help you to get rid of toxins through sweating.
