Great tips. I quite like the one about brushing your lips. Many times when I get photographed, I think that my lips look a bit chapped in the pictures.

Could I respectfully add this: don’t smoke or drink heavily,and eat lots of fruit and veg. Drink water (not fizzy drinks, leave that to the kids whose bodies can get rid of that rubbish faster) and get a decent amount of sleep.
