Who needs Botox when we can prevent and reduce wrinkles with some simple tips.

Most of the time age doesn’t matter when you first begin to see those unwanted wrinkles. Your first instinct is to wonder what can be done so you reduce them or get rid of them. Most often when you are talking about preventing wrinkles, the first part of your life before wrinkles is very important. Those who have always taken great care of their skin are going to have less wrinkles and more help in reducing those that show up. Below are 8 simple tips to prevent wrinkles from forming.

Try To Avoid the Sun

You should stay out of the sun for a long duration. We all need sun, but four hours a day or more can increase wrinkles. Wear sunscreen if you have to be out in the sun. The sunscreen should block the ultraviolet rays as well as just regular sun. This can help you protect your skin and keep it hydrated.

Have a Proper Diet

A proper diet is very important. Eating more soy can actually help you heal from the sun’s rays, and other skin damage. Eating more fish is a great way to prevent wrinkles. The protein helps to build the body and it contains essential fatty acids. Coffee has been found to increase wrinkles. Therefore you may want to switch to hot chocolate. The chocolate contains more flavanols that help protect the skin and allow it to remain hydrated. Vegetables and fruits are also important to a healthy diet and can help preventing wrinkles. Healthy food gives you the proteins and enzymes you need to help reduce the damaged cells.

Say No to Smoking

Smoking is also very bad for your skin. The smoke tends to dry out the skin and create more wrinkles. Studies are still being done, but more and more are showing that smoking ages our skin.

Get Adequate Sleep

Sleep is also very important. When you don’t sleep your body doesn’t have a chance to revitalize and you also get those wrinkles around the eyes from puffiness.

Don’t Squint

Squinting is very bad. If you need reading glasses or a new prescription, get it! You can save eye wrinkles by having the proper sight.

Sleep On Your Back

Sleeping on your back has also been known to reduce wrinkles after all your face isn’t going to have pillow or sheet wrinkles from to much time against the material and the pressure can give you a furrowed brow. Sleeping on the side can increase wrinkle formation on the cheeks and chin.

Use Moisturizers

One of the best options you have is using a moisturizer at least once a day; usually at night to help re-hydrate the skin.

Don’t Over Wash

Some individuals have over washed their face to keep away natural oils. These oils will actually help keep the wrinkles away as well as dry skin. So don’t over wash.

I’m 32, and the only telling thing about my age are the serious wrinkles on my brow. I decided to try the Made from Earth “Vitamin Enhanced Face Firming Serum” as it wasn’t too expensive (look at other products – ouch!) and thought even a small improvement would be worth the price.

I have to say, I’m shocked.

After about two weeks, I saw noticeable changes, and it’s now been about 6 weeks, and the improvement has been tremendous. The wrinkles on my forehead are almost gone. I’ll definitely be purchasing more.

Since it is organic and chemical free (hypoallergetic) you can wear it around the eyes. It has become my favorite wrinkle cream ( and I have tried all of them) because you can actually feel it firming your face right away after you apply it. It is absorbed amazingly and works great. Highly recommended for people trying to tighten sagging skin and wrinkles around the eyes and brow.
