Taking care of your skin at a young age will help you have healthy looking skin as you start getting older.

Guess my age. Answer is at the bottom.
Many people want to start taking care of their skin when they start to notice the problems. Such as, blackheads, wrinkles, dark circles, acne, etc.
Preventing all those things before they appear will be the smart thing to do. When you try to take care of an existing problem on your skin, it will take a longer time to fix or minimize.
Heredity plays a big part. I use this as an example…If you know that your mother or father had dark circles, then you need to make sure you use eye cream that will help to keep dark circles away. Take vitamins and eat a well balanced diet. The skin under the eyes are very thin, so the veins can show underneath the eyes. Your eyes can get puffy if you do not sleep enough, heredity, health, poor blood circulation, nutrition and allergies. Elevating your legs making sure that your legs are higher than your head, also helps the circulation process.
Make sure you cleanse, tone, moisturize, exfoliate, use an eye cream, use a facial mask at least once a week, eat healthy and drink plenty of water(8 glasses a day). Make sure all of your facial products are for your skin type. Don’t forget to moisturize around your lips and using chap stick will help you not have wrinkled dry lips. Apply chap stick on lips at night before bed. I’ve been doing that for years.
Home remedies such as, tea bags under the eyes do work. Make sure the tea bags are cool before applying under your eyes. You can refrigerate the tea bags after you put it inside water. Leave on eyes for 15 minutes. The caffeine in the tea gets under your skin and this minimizes puffiness. Egg Whites on your skin for 15 minutes then rinse off helps make skin firmer and less sagging.
You feel better about yourself when everything is taken care of and your looking and feeling good.
It may sound like alot to do, but your worth staying younger and healthy looking!
Teach someone else to do the same!
My Age: I’m 39. I have been taking care of my skin since I was 13. My mother taught me well, God Bless her Soul:)
