Creams for a Goodnight

Facial creams to use for the night.

Going to bed with night creams on your face can advantage the skin while you are sleeping. The main dissimilarity between night creams and ordinary daily moisturizer is that most night creams have particular added ingredients such as vitamin and anti-ageing components. They can also be thicker and more concentrated than creams you apply during the day because you would not need to apply make-up on top of them.

The skin’s cell regeneration is more active during the night, and night creams are designed to make the most of these hours. Using a night cream gives the skin the possibility to repair the daily wear and tear caused by pollution, make-up and ultraviolet light.

You need night creams?

While very strong skins do not usually need the extra nourishing properties of night creams, most women will benefit from using one frequently. Dry and very dry skins will respond particularly well to this treatment. Keep in mind that you do not have to choose very rich formulations, as there are lighter alternatives that contain the same special ingredients.

Choose the formulation with awareness on the basis of how dry the skin is. It is important that the skin should not feel overloaded.
