Cellulite and How to Get Rid of It
Cellulite is the cause of many women stressing over the shape of their bodies, feeling that the unsightly orange peel look that their thighs take on is beyond endurance.
If you could see it you would find it resembles cottage cheese, usually appearing on your stomach, thighs and even your butt. There are many preparations that you can buy to help with cellulite although sadly not many can live up to their promises and merely leave you pounds lighter in money and still looking at that cellulite. Cellulite is really a collection of fat that sits under your skin; this is what causes your skin to look like it’s dimpled and lumpy. It is easy to see if you have cellulite, pinch your thigh and you will see that it does resemble orange peel. This tells you that you have cellulite. Although it is mainly women that suffer from it, occasionally some men do have it though it does not bother them in the same way that it bothers there female counterparts. It is perhaps not so well known that it can be partly due to your genes, fat on your body or even the thickness of your skin. You could try liposuction so drain of the excess fat but this is painful and costly; if you want to try to reduce cellulite the best way is healthy eating and exercise.
Banishing cellulite once and for all is really easy and does not cost a fortune. It is eating a healthy diet that will reduce the fat deposits, and exercise that if you did every other day would soon start to show a noticeable difference. This can also give you longer leaner looking legs that will actually help straighten out bow legs a bit as well. Lay on your stomach and if you have ankle weights put them on, resting on your elbows slowly raise your weighted legs of the ground and hold then lower them again slowly. If you do not have weights use an everyday item like a bag of sugar or large can of food it works the same way and as you get used to it increase the weight a little. This combined with healthy eating will soon have the cellulite on the move and bring you the benefit of feeling healthy increased energy and no more feeling embarrassed about those dimpled thighs. Of course there are so many other ideas that could help like weighted shoes that are now on the market which burn up to three hundred calories whilst you power walk your way to fitness and cellulite loss. Another good way to help would be using a massage glove to boost your circulation and therefore assist in the reduction of cellulite. Drink lots of water to flush toxins from your body. Although it may take up to six weeks to see any improvement it will not go totally but the improvement will make you feel better and more confident.
