This article gives some tips on controlling itchy skin in winter time.

One thing that many people hate is the winter itch skin problem that they get. This is a big problem for winter skin face care. When it comes to dry itch skin winter is the biggest enemy that you will have to face. This is because many people fail to realize why people have the winter itch skin in the first place.

Winter skin care is not rocket science. In fact, it is pretty much normal logic. If you want to understand how to cure dry skin in the winter then you just need to understand what the cold temperature does to the moisture that you usually have in normal weather.

Normally, you will have access to humidity in the air and sweat from your skin. This is especially true in the spring, summer, and early fall. In late fall and winter, you will begin to feel the temperature steadily drop. The lower the temperature drops the less humid the air around you becomes. This cold temperature also prevents you from sweating in normal conditions. That is double action against healthy hydrated skin that could cause you to have a winter skin rash. So what does that mean for dry itchy skin?

For winter skin face care, your job is to reverse those effects to the best of your ability. There are several things that you need to do to get rid of the winter skin face, but they are pretty simple. The first thing that you want to do is to make sure that you have some type of moisturizer on you that is water based. Oil based moisturizer are not always good as primary moisturizers, but they are almost the best secondary moisturizers. This is because oil based lotions will help you trap moisture in your skin.

The next thing that you need to do as far as winter and skin goes is increase your overall temperature. That means you will have to watch what you put on your back. You don’t want to wear thin or light clothing. You want to wear clothing that will cover your entire arm and leg area. It may also be a good idea to wear clothing that is good at trapping heat without being bulking. You don’t have to buy an entire new wardrobe if you don’t have any of the clothing that you need to keep your skin warm. You can simply double up under garments
