Assorted Food Facials for All Ages
Here are a few all-natural facials for you to use safely. Look nice by doing them twice a week with household items for reducing face lines, blemishes and wrinkles.
To Reduce Bags
Chilled Teaspoons- They are really cold and if your eyelids become red from the cold it’ll go down, as it’s a natural process.
Cucumber Slices- Slice them thin so that they shape around your eye, rather than thick slices. Some people freeze them so that they will reduce bagging better.
Potato/Apple Slices work well also.
Don’t use ANY of these if you have an allergy to them for any reason! They will not work. I reccomend the teaspoons or cucumber slices because they don’t become sticky and the potatoes must be raw. Thinly slice them so that they fit over your eyes. Anyways here are some facials of all natural ingredients for you to use.
Apply these for 10 minutes for a nice refreshing relaxer.
To Begin
Make sure that your face is clean. Test your facial on your wrist so that you know how it reacts to skin after about 3 or 4 minutes. Make sure that you follow the directions of each facial and read through before you start. If you do feel wierd testing the facial on your wrist find a different facial to use. Don’t use anything you are allergic to either. It’s dumb and dangerous. P.S., make sure that you wash your hands before you prepare the ingredients and before/after applying. Don’t use anything that you don’t think is safe and don’t eat your ingredients.
Egg Whites- For a tightening facial use egg whites. Mix them they are frothy and apply around your eyes and lips. Once they have dried and you feel tight, or have a whitesh border around your face then rinse off the facial.
Bananas- These help reduce wrinkles and restore your natural glow. Simply mash them and apply for 10-15 minutes, and then rinse the facial off.
Avacado- Mash the avacodos for a rich facial. Apply it for about 10-20 minutes or until it hardens, whichever comes first and then rinse it off.
Honey- It becomes ready once it hardens. Then rinse it off. For more information refer to the end of this article.
Milk- I’m seriously not sure about milk but I know that people use it and it works. Just apply for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make sure to rinse completely.
To Create your Own Facial
Use ingredients that tend to blend together well, For example, you could try using milk and honey for a nice facial. Remember to know what you are doing. Test the facial on skin, wash your face and hands before and after you begin and create resonable mixers. Yogurt, oatmeal and fresh fruit go well together. Even an oatmeal paste of water and oatmeal works as a nice facial for your skin, or regular yogurt.
Warnings
Do NOT use anything without knowing the health risks! When making your own, try not to use synthetic stuff too much, even if you know they work. Don’t do anything that burns like heck or makes you sick or extremely cold or in any pain of any kind. DO NOT ingest these as facial ingredients! That means the foods are OK as regular food, but not as your facial ingredients as some are raw and there are unpleasent risks. Test the ingredients on skin, NOT face skin.
