After a hard day at home or at work – or both – nothing sounds better or makes you feel better than a nice bath, and warm. Baths treated with the correct combination of natural products can relax you, makes your skin smoother, rejuvenate, hydrate and treat problems such as a dry skin and sunburn. Below are some recipes that will make you feel refreshed and your skin will smell fantastic.
Lovely lavender bath foam
Mix one quart of distilled or purified water, unscented soap, two tablespoons of glycerine and 3 drops of lavender flavor or essence. Keep the mixture in an airtight container and drip in the flowing water. Enjoy!
Bathroom invigorating almond lotion
Put one cup of epsom salt and half a cup of sea salt in a large plastic bag. Add 5 drops of almond oil, shake to mix. Then add half a cup in the flowing water while you prepare your bath.
Calming Bath Oil
Mix 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of honey, half a cup of baby oil or mineral oil, a quarter cup of liquid soap, a quarter cup of vodka, and scented oil, mix all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. Put a tablespoon or two of this type of oil in the tub and relax! Keep solution refrigerated in a covered container up to 3.4 days, and if you do not use it, throw it.
A relaxing bath of chamomile
Put a handful of dried chamomile blossoms into a piece of netting or nylon and tied tightly with a ribbon or elastic. Add the bag and relax in the fragrant heat for 20-30 minutes.
A relief bath after sunburn
Make a puree of cucumber in a blender and then dripped into a ceramic bowl. Add a cup of oatmeal, 10 bags of black tea, and two tablespoons of rosemary leaves and mix well. Pour contents of bowl in flowing water bath. Relax in the tub for an hour and then rinse thoroughly. The recipe can be used for bathing.
