Moroccan Beauty Secrets
These secrets will help bring out your natural beauty.
Moroccan women may be the most beautiful women in the world, mostly due to the amazing beauty secrets from this North African country. You too can benefit from these all natural secrets that can be found in your local supermarket or health food store.
Slim down with turmeric-This bright yellow spice is popular in Moroccan cuisine and has metabolism boosting powers. It also helps to flush toxins from the liver. It can even help to lower blood sugar and prevent diabetes. Simply sprinkle on chicken or steak for a spicy, curry taste. If you prefer you can take a 400 mg. supplement daily.
Beat bloat with cumin-This spice has more than 100 chemicals that help ease digestion to prevent gas and bloating. It also stimulates enzymes that help to break down food more efficiently. Use ground cumin to season food or you can find it in teas and capsules in health food stores.
Stop flakiness with fenugreek-If you have dandruff but don’t like the medicine smell that traditional shampoos leave behind, you should try fenugreek. Taking just 1,000 mg daily reduces flakes by up to 62%. It helps to boost circulation to the scalp and regulates the production of oils in the skin and hair.
Get shiny hair with argan oil-Moroccan oil is a hot beauty item with the stars right now. It is made from the crushed kernels of the argan tree, which can only be found in Morocco. The fatty acids and vitamin E penetrate hair to reduce frizz and smooth split ends.
Erase scars with rose oil-Roses contain a rich source of retinoic acid which speeds skin cell regeneration. Rose oil is proven to help fade wrinkles, scars, age spots and even stretch marks. Simply rub a drop or two onto problem areas.
Feel and look younger with green mint tea-Consumed with every meal in Morocco, green mint tea helps flush toxins and remove excess fluids that make you feel and look sluggish. You can find this drink in most supermarkets and health food stores.
Brighten skin with rhassoul-This reddish-brown clay is found only in the Atlas mountains of Morocco and it is loaded with minerals essential to beautiful skin. You can purchase it online or in some beauty suppply stores.

I am Moroccan American.
. Moroccans eat dinner between 9pm and 11 pm. We dont eat outside. Always eat fresh homemade food and bread. We drink a lot of tea with mint. We rarely drink soda. We use a lot of spices. The famous moroccan all spice called ”Ras-elhanoot”. It means the head of the shop because it contains almost every spice in the spice shop.(Between 20 to 50 spices).
We, Moroccans, normally focus on using natural things instead of medicine. We can graze a lot of food and not gain any weight at all
