Some ladies just put on the eye shadow they feel like putting on and that explains why makeup disasters happen.

If you want to cast that look of love upon your special someone, begin by choosing eye shadows that complement your skin tone. Here are some quick tips:

Ivory Complexions. A range of neutrals, cool purple, reddish brown, and blue-green colors work well for you. You can also use deep green and taupe or warm purple for a more dramatic look.

Beige Skin Tones. Taupe, tawny, green, warm brown and deep plum complements your skin very well. For the evening look, charcoal gray, navy and deep purple are some of the best options.

Bronze Skin Tones. Dark brown, forest green, and charcoal gray are best for these skin tones.
